Bathroom toilet didnt flush, sink plug wouldnt go down. Complained but nothing done about it. Hot water took around 7-8 mins to get warm. TV had no remote. Half board but told there were no vegetarian alternative despite being told there would be. NO water allowed to be bought in to resaurant. All had to be paid for. Not allowed tap water even.
