The only good thing of Kapahi beach hotel is their marketing, they really market their hotel good, as it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Hotel is in a very bad condition, old, not renovated, without elevator. Although we have payed 30% of the whole amount we got room on a second floor and we are with two samll children 2 and 4 years old. The hotel is old one, not renovated in recent time. The rooms are too small with very old furniture. Dirt all over the hotel. Half Board Couple, age 30-40 Very small, very dirty, very old furniture. TV like bigger watch and it's just bellow the ceiling. If you want to make a phone call, you are risking some infection with the headset. Empty refrigerator (even with no water in it)! Hotel Kapahi is a really nice place to stay in. It is a small hotel, renovated two years ago. The rooms are tidy and clean. There is an air-conditioner in each room. My family and I spent our last summer holiday there and we are really glad of the service. Also the food in the restaurant is wonderful.The hotel is really close to the beach (about 10m) and this fact is enough to make your holiday unforgettable. A very old building, we booked a renovated double room but it was still old, dirty, greasy, old furniture. Tiny bathroom with a cracked tub and full of black mildew. The worst thing were the cockroaches! Big ones! We booked halfboard and the food was very poor considering they have a tavern. The hotel mostly caters for Serbian and Bulgarian guests.
