We stayed in the main building of the hotel in the third floor with a view over the water. The rooms are clean and functional on the balcony found 2 people standing next to each other just enough space. The size of the bathroom was OK. The beach is directly in front of the hotel and is very clean. Beach chairs with sun screens or under the palm trees were available. The pool looked nice, offered however barely any shade. To make it short, the small island Phu Quoc has long sandy beaches and a small national park is not a great deal to offer,... If it weren't for the La veranda would be, as a little oasis about 10-15 minutes only from the airport. If you 'departure' on the hotel street knows, it's smooth over! the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good (perhaps even very good). This is for the level of in Vietnam and '4 star' (also for Asia) too little. The hotel has gotten old and you can see that as well. Service around the pool was a disaster (always in relation to the price!). The cushions were very dirty, the chairs were not cleaned or deleted. The hotel is very nice, nice rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, wonderful beach and clear sea! Everything what you want from a four star hotel 1/2 expect! Currently there are construction work at the hotel! These start at eight hours to about 18 o'clock every day! There will be new rooms built!
