The location of the hotel is perfect, it is right on the beach front and yet is also close to shops and restaurants in the main resort of Tsilivi.
the staff are friendly and helpful and even came out of the hotel to see us off at the end of the holiday (it is a family run hotel)

I can really recommend the hotel! Staff are lovely, the rooms are nice and the proximity to the beach are a plus. It is quiet enough to be a relaxing holiday, but close enough to Tsivili if you want to go out.

We stayed for 11 days (25.08-06.09.2010) at Park Hotel Tsilivi. The triple bad room with additional baby coat has been booked and the service was half board. The breakfast and the dinner have been organised as a self service buffet. In general the food at Park Hotel could be described at least as delicious :)! Room was large,sheets changed twice,towels twice,toilet bin missed twice in a week.Never cleaned all week just linen and towel drop off,Bathroom grotty and needs TLC,as did the kitchen area,have not seen a rusty fridge since I was a kid.
Needs a make over,I expected basic but not grubby.
Bar staff nice and pleasant.The other block in front I believe has czech and dutch people staying and seemed to be cleaned daily,but our room never saw a mop or brush the entire week.

Just a perfect location for a week out, especially off-season. The beach in front of the Hotel is quite small and short and water entry is stony, does not suite for children actually. So you would choose to walk along the sea to some other location. We rented a car and ride for several days around the island. Best beaches are Palm beach and (B)Vasilicos, 20 mins by car. Read more
