The employees in general were good, but management needs to go thru an extensive training Specially in Housekeeping NO SOAP FOR A WEEK.
The food in general was satisfactory but since the Buffet is so airy no way of eating food HOT or even WARM OH by the way if you go to room 1815 behind the bathroom door on the floor it should still be a thread LIGHT BLUE that has been there for more than a week I know about details because I worked as a Housekeeping Supervisor at the... Hotel Superclubs Breezes Panama Resort in Playa Blanca, Panama
The hotel looks impressive when we saw the photos, but the first warning sign was when making the reservation - they billed the trip on the phone and said no refunds. When we got there, the service was non-existant - we were expected to take the luggage to the room. After asking (and receiving rude and condescending treatment from the manager), we got someone to help.
