Very good location, but you should speak English or Spanish basic bring! The staff was very friendly, changing of towels even if you want to use them! Everywhere is expected tips (in the hotel and outside) is however a significant factor in income workers! Read more

Hotel was very clean & chic equipped. However, the room was missing a window for ventilation or a balcony. The location was very good, five minutes there were to the beach and the hotel is located right in the middle of the fifth avenue of with many shops, restaurants & bars. The included breakfast was very sparse and must be taken in the adjacent restaurant. Was promised a breakfast buffet, has received each person a court is really very sparse. great hotel in Playa del Carmen, downtown. To the beach it was about about 5 to 10 minutes Plenty of bars & restaurants in the surrounding area. The fifth avenue is about two minutes away from the hotel. The hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast, which both Mexican and American cuisine served. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We liked it nothing missing and I can also nothing negative reports. Everything was always clean, the food was tasty and if you use the specialty restaurants (which really excellent are) it is also varied enough.
