the hotel consists of 2 large buildings, on 8 floors, once the main building with the rooms, restaurant, disco, bar, etc.. In the other House are the apartments. There we were accommodated. Both houses are equipped with a front desk. At the best in English or Spanish is helpful. German only a few speak and then also only a few words.
guest structure was mixed: German, English, Scandinavian, Dutch... Too many older couples during our travels.

We were the first time in maritime Playa and were positively surprised.
all staff are very accommodating and of the guests hard-working.
we had a room on the eighth floor with soundproof windows. The noise from the adjacent bars and discos you can even hear really easy. From 04:00 A. M. is then peace. It is in the middle of everything.

I had booked a studio. These are well equipped and for the vacation more than adequate.
cleaning of the rooms was good and tidy. I was satisfied.
the staff at the front desk the ' Rondo's are very accommodating, respond to requests and speak very good German. Well, in German you can assume, however the Spanish/canarios spoke good German and I think that is not self-evident, because I can't speak Spanish.

Plant in Canarian architectural style with very nice park and large pool. About 200 rooms. Everywhere the exemplary cleanliness on.
we have half board booked. Small lunch in the pool bar were served.
Under the guests were many Germans, the larger part older people. For children is the hotel nothing special.
the rooms are in pretty Canarian style and very spacious. From our balcony we saw in the Tropical garden. Some rooms have view of the sea.
