we had room 716 with a view of the sea and the sunset, unforgettable!
the walk to Porec on foot is comfortable on sea along about 20 to 25 minutes and the street down 15 minutes, it is back to Porec down and back bearable then back up!

the lovingly, informally run hotel leaves nothing to be desired!
here the owner a real dream fulfilled!
the rooms are very spacious and all with air-conditioning equipped.
they are all non-smoking rooms.
since every room a balcony on the sunny side has, there are also ashtrays for smokers!
also is in every room there was a safe for valuables.

our room door didn't close properly. This was repaired immediately. We can recommend the hotel and if we come back in Croatia vacation make, anytime again in the hotel Zagreb.

Our first impression was, the everything, so garden area, hotel lobby, pool area, beach section, rooms and especially the restaurant was clean and very well maintained were. The rooms are not the newest, but bright and friendly and for this price really reasonable. There were especially Austrians, German, Italian, partly as a family with children since.
