Nightmare! I have just returned from hotel Soviva, where I spent the worst holiday of life. Hotel is not equipped to handle so many visitors does not deserve even 2 stars. If you want to get the umbrella of the chairs by the pool you have to do so no later than 5:30 am, umbrellas by the pool is 35 pieces for over 1200 guests! Swimming pool mattresses to seat retracts offer room service for a fee later willing. A crowd of people during meals and the food terrible, the staff is not nice. The be... Read more

the hotel has varied size accommodation but all rooms are of a good size and very comfortable.
on arrival at the hotel it is very welcoming and is decorated in tunisian style - beautiful.
the hotel is spotless and everything is cleaned to a very good standard.
it is an all inclusive hotel. the food is very varied and there is something for everyone. the restaurant staff are wonderful..

This hotel is great, but what makes it great is the staff. They are so warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This was the 3rd visit we have had to the hotel and already looking to book again next year. Our room was great and one of the larger rooms with a kingsize bed, a single bed, 2 settees and a chair and a fridge.
Excellent sized room as described earlier. Cleaned and towels changed daily.

would recommend this hotel,found the staff friendly and helpful.the entertainment was very good seeing as there was only 7 in the team,they had me laughing with their funny sketches.the evening started of with a quiz then every other night bingo,then the show very entertaining.food wise was very good im a fussy eater but had 2 good meals a day.all in all a fantastic holiday went with my sister and we had a brill time.well done all.
