Hotel (really: Powell River Town Center hotel) is in the middle of a (for Can) large shopping area (Walmart, Safeway, kl. Mall). The location is drab, around streets, the beauty of the SunshineCoast missing completely. Room was simple, worn, carpet stains, otherwise relatively clean. When they wanted, rooms to the courtyard, street side take very noisy. Very poor service. We were traveling by the hotel-voucher, had to pay for the room so nothing.
