quiet hotel in beautiful garden area

the hotel is of the smaller hotels on the Riviera Maya to count.
the complex all in all is clean and well maintained.
there are mostly Americans and Canadians in the hotel little German.
all inclusive services could be improved.
we had a junior suite balcony the garden in the second row, which has provided favorable, as evenings the music at the bar sometimes it was pretty loud. The rooms are well equipped however is the odor the furniture was a bit hard to get used to. Bathroom is OK. Jacuz... Read more

The hotel complex is right in the middle of in the jungle and this is also in the indoor area integrated. We found very nice!
the hotel is extensive laid out. From the lobby you can go through a way, by the jungle go up to pool area and to the beach. This is a long way, will at least 5 minutes footpath from the pool to the lobby. In between are left and right on the 6 residential building arranged. These each consisting of 3 floors. clean hotel, perfect service and always very attentive staff.
all inclusive services were very good. Food variety very versatile and the theme nights well prepared. Size of the room was ideal, very thorough cleaning. Staff was for small tips thankful and prudent.
air conditioning worked well, room amenities typical of the country and very clean, minibar always again filled, towels daily changed.
there really was nothing to complain about!

We have the hotel shortly after Christmas 2010 in the aftermath of a Yucatan-round trip visited.
Which one finds: a massive property set on a beautiful beach, in the very large number( especially Canadians) also when fully booked fairly well distributed and it is very lively and sometimes a bit louder can.
A plant, as the usually more peace searching tourist nevertheless again at any time visit-for a relaxing beach and pool vacation the resort is perfect -as clearly its great strength.

As already described by others heard the hotel a whole complex of from 5 different hotels. If you are staying at the Barcelo Maya tropical experienced, you should all areas of the other hotels use except from teuerstem, the deluxe. Everything is all inclusive.
