We stayed in an appartment for two nights in January 2012. The appartment had two bedrooms (2 + 4 beds), a big kitchen, bathroom with shower and a utility room with the heater where we could dry washing (we installed our own washing line). The appartment was clean and in good condition. The air-condition worked very well. The car could be parked in the yard.
Good beds, clean rooms.
Not so good: Hardly any possibilty to hang clothing.

I didn`t have any reservation for a stay in Puerto Iguazu, so had to find accommodation on arrival. Some of the places were full. Hotel Lilian had vacancies, was inexpensive, looked clean and had a convenient location not far from bus station and town center. Moreover, it was recommended by Lonely Planet guidebook which helped me organize my travel in Argentina. We stayed at an economy room. Large hotel with frequent guest change, most stay just for one or two nights. Five Star hotel, I would give 3.5, as it has more this main station atmosphere. Large pool with waterfalls and silent small pool, sufficient sun beds and very polite and attentive personnel. Excellent buffet at night and for breakfast.
