the hotel is very attractively decorated.
The double rooms were very badly soundproofed and have'normal TV' (so it wasn't a flat-screen TV) the a lot of noise to be able to produce. We have all around us neighboring rooms, sometimes in the middle of the night, hear the TV channels. If you use the service( front desk) calls, will be reviewed and where the source of the neighbors said, that the volume reduziern to please. A general beautiful hotel complex. Very nice gardenand pool area. We had a double room, with other rooms this hotel standard comparable. Rooms are very clairaudient. And now in January unfortunately also often without sun on the balcony. Anyhow with us in the house sixth cleanliness was OK. We had half board, the offer in the morning and evenings was very rich. we had a apartment guy 2 with half board. Very good but unfortunately not renovated as TUI offered! Bathroom very old, small ants in kitchen and bathroom. Cleanliness okay guests too many over 70 international in the hotel where the half board is spent!

the hotel with over 400 rooms seems for a tiny Resort like Puerto de Mogan nearly oversized. But this size didn't bother us, because the individual building firstly, in a massive, park-like grounds are and, secondly, because of the architecture and construction wonderful and by the concrete silos in maspalomas and so on completely considerable different and positive flights. Extensive area, lots of stairs/lifts, long hallways. Hotel makes a maintained and right clean impression, atmosphere quiet and unexcited.
Wi-Fi (according to the catalog description in public areas available) with us in the room (9. floor) without any problems works.
in the lobby there is a kind of small Library, however very little German speaking books. Now there are at least 6 piece more ☺
we have during the whole stay not a single Spider, ant and not any cockroach to face get.
