The guesthouse is located quite close to the city center (10 minutes walk), and looks nice as such. Unfortunately, though we had a confirmed booking, when we arrived they said there was no room for us. We were then transferred to a normal flat further from the center, which is used as guesthouse as well. From there it takes at least 40 minutes to walk to the city center. Apartment K was amazing! Iceland wouldn't have been the same staying anywhere else. Great location, right in the heart of 101! Everything we needed was right outside of our beautiful studio apartment, groceries for our kitchen, bars, cafe's, shopping, museums, restaurants, even Harpa hall!!
