On my first stay in Rio de Janeiro for me was the immediate proximity to the Kong department crucial; moreover, the hotel by the travel agent was advertised. Was already for the second time in this hotel, this time only for three days. It offers, for its location, a good value for money. You feel comfortable here as a guest and safe. In panaroma restaurant one can prepare oneself with the breakfast for a great Rio day. The free beach services (chairs and sunshades) completes the offer. Definitely recommendable, whether for three days or more! A much better offer is Avenida atlântica hard to find! Read more

the hotel lies west of Ipanema right on the beach. The choice fell on this hotel, as most of the peri-urban hotels were fully booked. The bar is standard with EU standards to compare! Only in the super de luxe hotel 400 euros upward. We felt the poor condition even 5-star hotel in this. The lobby of the hotel is very well equipped and a luxurious impression. Hotel Porto Bay Rio Internacional in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro
The Porto Bay Rio is a very good city/beach hotel right next to the Copacabana palace. It has good equipped not too small rooms with very good safety deposit box, flat screen tv and all comfort a good four star hotels. The bathroom was not very big, but very efficient and clean.
