The staff is particularly helpful. The front desk personnel are extremely knowledgeable about activities in the area. They are adept at planning excursions based on each person's ability and interests. And of course, it is always nice to come back at night, totally exhausted from a full day, and find their smiling faces greeting us! Read more

We had a short break at the Steigenberger in Saanen in January. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They only had to hear your name once and they remembered it, and still did when we returned four weeks later!! Nice hotel with comfortable and well equipped rooms. Great breakfast buffet and pleasant a la carte restaurant. Friendly staff and director make you feel very welcome. Rooms on the south side have a beautiful view on the valley and Saanen. Would definitely go there again. Read more
