La Voile d'Or - incredibly poor personnel
Hotel de la Voile d'Or in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Côte d'Azur
Having arrived at 9 p.m. after 1.000 km of driving the young woman at the concièrge's desk refused my wish for a 30 minute's rest on the hotel's terrace as she first wanted to have the formalities done. Thereafter another young women of the hotel's restaurant approched to make sure that we immediately decided about our dinner because the restaurant was about to close (at 9:30 p.m.!!!). Result: a tensed atmosphere from the start.
