in my opinion is the much too large hotel complex for the for the public Tourism suitable! The rooms are without exception all in need of renovation, either works the air conditioning not, or toilet is broken or the doors don't close. Any flaw has every room. And if you are in the ' Franzosenteil ' switches, which before not too long time was constructed-one just has to extra much noise to purchase due to the daily entertainment program until almost midnight.

Again a relaxing vacation
Hotel Casa Marina Bay / Grand Paradise Samana in Samana, Dominican Republic North Coast
It was our tenth visit in this hotel, on the condition the last years not changed. The hotel is really beautiful getting old and could renovation stand. But we go because of the landscape and the relaxation here and not because of shiny Taps or new tiles in the bathroom.
the two-story building and the bungalows are the older but also to the sea the quieter room. In the new buildings are mainly the French guests and depending on the location very noisy. The guests come too many from France, Ca... Read more

Nice :-the garden area, nicely planted, very well maintained
very nice:-the open Lobby and beautifully grown in Lobby bar
-generous and tastefully designed restaurants and restaurant terraces
- despite the hotel being fully booked was always a free table in the bar or restaurant to find
Less beautifully :- the hotel is really big, was fully booked and therefore it was sometimes a bit noisy

Nice designed hotel complex with several pools. The two beaches are on lots of stairs, the main beach additional with a lift to reach. Everything is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately you can only in an small restaurant by the pool with limited offer in the open food. The main restaurant are all in closed areas.
Our junior suite was tastefully decorated, very spacious and clean. Unpleasant was, that one from the balcony the living/sleep area to the bathroom look and not once the toilet ... Read more

beautiful, partially exaggerated clean hotel with several houses in a massive area. If the tag all existing ways to go, one attaches easily 3 kilometer back!
