The house is in a nice and quiet setting on the north side Madeira. The property is extremely well-maintained and far better equipped than the sadly mostly usual standard. Catering to/you can here itself. Instead all the rooms had a kitchenette, or studios. But much better is the large fully equipped kitchen. The hotel was very aged. The rooms are moldy and the window would not lock. We are absolutely not high standard and very frugal, but the mold and the smell of the room were quite unpleasant. The pool is not very good for a swim and the hot tub not even. We wonder when the pool/jacuzzi the last time was cleaned daily. The breakfast service was just bad. Not enough tables for guests set up, service staff dumps Wastes from breakfast on the table with so on the table. Very appetizing the neighbor... Read more

very clean. Clean, and large room with a commodious bathroom with bathtub. Small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The pool is rather a larger bathtub. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and fresh. Daily fresh fruit and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Guest Structure European, víele German. For relaxing highly recommended.
Large, commodious and very clean. TV and mini bar available. Very tastefully and modernly decorated. Large wardrobe and chest of drawers provided plenty of room.
