This is a beautiful hotel and it just feels like Switzerland in it. The construction, the decor and the people make you feel right at home. Beautiful rooms with just amazing views of the mountains, the lake - just so very relaxing. Breakfasts were our favorites. It's buffet style and has everything a real good Swiss breakfasts needs. A very well run middle class hotel with a family tradition. The hotel has various apartments, as well as different room categories. Rich breakfast buffet with home-made jams. Half board on request. Varied middle-class kitchen. Personal honest care by attending staff.

The hotel Seraina is very good in the village center, directly across the Natureisbahn (from December up until middle February), location. It offers a very good comfort. The hotel is since generations of the same family led. Also the staff are for years the same. This was clearly recognizable. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful.
