the hotel is very large and very winding. It is near the the beach and to its heyday, maybe at the beginning of the 90's have been really nice. The condition is depending on the location of the wing very different, we were in the left wing, 1 floor lateral view of the sea, with us was a left construction, on the sometimes they worked. the hotel lies direct at the beach of Sousse. You just have to cross the main street.
the hotel has definitely already better days, but when it was clean and all a little more effort would give, would probably really pleasant. The rooms are appropriate in terms of size.
we had half board. A few (about 20) to other guests retirees from Germany and France a few Tunisians.

the hotel just 5 star! Very nice architecture, great beach, extensive food. 7 days pure relaxation. I am coming again!
Huge, clean and pure luxury! Every room had a safe which without fee used can. The flat screen TV has some extras for example games and so on

we had a room with a view of the sea which except the three complained toilet flushing quite nice at the end the left-wing were convenient.
tip is here very gladly taken and through the day.
Convenient location to the two neighboring towns.
rooms were big enough and beautiful on the third floor to the sea.
in the bungalows needs however loud other guests of the hotel terrible conditions are. On top of the disco are partly the cheap rooms.

the hotel is getting old, everything is very in need of renovation,
but it works. Rooms are normal large practically equipped without
TV, Bath mostly with hip bath but there is a kitchenette in the room
the rooms without TV but with kitchenette and very leaky doors
