A nice hotel in a quiet town on the Wolfgangssee. Some of the furnishings are dated, but everything is kept very clean. We wish that we could have had a better view of the lake - which is spectacular. Read more

One of the friendliest and most comfortable hotels we have stayed in when holidaying in Western Europe. Accommodation,staff,meals and location in the Austrian Lakes gave us an excellent holiday. The management attitude was also very positive in ensuring an enjoyable

The hotel sits slightly up a hill overlooking Strobl on the shores of Wolfgangsee. It allows easy access to the Austrian lake district and further afield. It was evident from early on that this hotel has been very well looked after: it was spotless. The staff were excellent.
We stayed half-board which is well worth it.
The clientèle were mainly Austrian/German and were very polite.
We don't always get the best rooms when we have gone to different hotels, but this time we struck lucky.... Read more
