Was pleased at the size of our room and all the hotel was very clean, was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff and the standard of the food was very poor. Food and drink is very cheap to buy outside the hotel which wasnt our intention as we went all inclusive, A disappointing holiday and when chatting to other people they were of the same opinion. Too old hotel, too many rooms, too many tourists - mainly Russians and Romanians - unfriendly, impolite and very surly.
When we arrived there was no soap, shampoo etc. in the bathroom, air conditioning was not working effectively, they were "cleaning" at about 3 p.m. Rooms are old and not clean at all.
Most of them just don;t know what they are doing.
