This is around 1000 people resort in a 'small village' style. This grants you not to have overcrowded place feeling.
This place in not 5 stars place (acc to Bulgarian scale) and I agree this is 4 stars place as per German standard.
Service is the weakest point... delivering batteries for remote controller took them two days and 4 phone calls. Daily room service is theoretical... we experienced this twice every second day plus standard of cleaning is far away to be called perfect.
