We spent 5 days at this beautiful resort in Tangalle. Everything was tip top.
It offers 5 Double very clean rooms , all with fans and Mosquito Nets. Internet access is free.
Our room was up stair with a beautiful view to the beach. We pay RS. 2900 for our double room.

Well, it would be a very relaxed place, if there wasn't this mad owner! We had given our laundry on arrival but the next day when we collected it, it was partly still dirty and wet and it smelled really bad. We complained und told the owner that we wouldn't pay the full price. After a few minutes of arguing he got very angry. Suddenly he attacked me and started a fight. Ideal place for rest and birdlovers at Kalametiya
Hotel Taragala Place in Tangalle, Sri Lanka South Coast
Not your style if you prefer mass tourism, entertainment, pools with slides etc. Excellent and ideal if your wish is an eco cottage with bedroom, kitchen area, bathroom with shower and a porch with nice seats and a view to dream of.
You can cook but half or full board is possible -even strongly recommended for the great quality of Beckies Sri Lankan cooking.
