I spent a nice vacation with my family, but the expectations were higher specially knowing the friendliness of the turkish people. the stuff were badly organized few people at the reception desk compared with the needs, wrong welcome letters in the room (mismatched the name of the guests) and annoying with minibar consumption before checking out ( I spent more than 10 minutes to wait the answer to verify my declaration about it.) Just back this week having had 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel. We have been to Turkey 7 times in the past 8 years and this is the 1st time we have been to the same hotel twice such was our enjoyment last time. The service from pretty much all the staff was excellent. The food was a high "all inclusive" standard and although my wife tells me I am picky and a nightmare when it comes to food I always found something to eat and enjoy (the Sultan restaurant being a highlight). Modern bright hotel with a stunning hillside/sea location and atrium of escalators and lifts from reception to the beach. All inclusive facilities, including drinks water sports sauna and hamam. We reached the hotel tiresomely from a series of flights, from a series of activities from our work, until our wedding and until we flew in from many connecting flights.
