The hotel has about 40 rooms and is located directly on the harbor of Tucepi. The hotel is Biedemeyer furnishings and about 10 years old (but that didn't look at them). It is immaculately maintained (from the flowers to the decor) and in very good condition. There is a small reception, a very nicely decorated restaurant (dining room) with adjoining terrace, a bar, a gym, etc.

The beach is beautiful, but in the main season unfortunately totally overcrowded. We decided, daily 20 km further south in a small, charming bay to bathe. The way it was worth it. This hotel is maybe not optically more the current trend, but everything was great renovated and maintained. Absolutely negative to say the parking situation. You'll get a park card for the day, but there is never any vacancies. The daily parking can be a pain and the car should definitely be assured. The rooms were... Read more

We were for the second time after 2008 in this hotel. Unfortunately we had received this times only the Dependance (auxiliary building). These rooms are not to be compared with the main house. Very old furniture, no climate (although in October also not necessarily) in addition, no heating at night and it becomes nevertheless all right coldly. the hotel Kastelet is located on the waterfront of the small vacation destination Tucepi on the makarska Riviera. To the town center with port there are about 1000 kilometer along with cafes, restaurants and stores lined Boardwalk. It is an old, very attractive renovated building with 28 rooms too many on the first floor (for disabled difficult). the hotel has 300 rooms over 5 floors, if I am not mistaken.
Against rooms and cleanliness no complaints.
I was end of the season and had two weeks single room and half board booked.
the other guests were quickly changing bus travel groups usually older people, the most for dinner invaded and after breakfast to some Tours have disappeared. Especially Austrians, Bayern and Saxony I could hear. Otherwise some German, English and Croatian couples in the hotel. Older Singles like me are not notic... Read more
