This hotel beats any hotel we have ever stayed in with great facilities, exceptional quisine and a very child friendly approach. The leisure facilities are brilliant and if skiing is not that great the hotel can cater for your every need. Another wonderful week.

Coming to the hotel several times a year since 2000. Always very satisfied, everything handled professional and friendly way. Hotel went through two major expansions making it bigger and more luxury compared to years before. Very good value for the money, good choice if you want to stay in Tux valley.

The hotel is located close to the ski bus station, glacier cable lift is reachable in 5 minuts. Staff was very friedly, cuisin very good. The sauna area is very nice and water beds excellent for the relax. We also appreciated the afternoon snack service. Read more

Amazing/warm/friendly hospitality, great comfort.
Excellent food, beautiful gala dinner 1 evening.
Ski boots warmers. Parking.
They've found out it was my birthday, and the whole stuff congratulated, and they've placed romantic candles on our table that day.

It was my first time staying in the hotel after a lot of friends recommended it to me.
It felt like a real holiday for me. Everyday I was able to hit the gym and relax in the sauna after a good snowboarsession on the hill.
But I think especially the food pleased me the most! The dinner was the best I've had of any hotel I've been around the world!
Also at every meal I was able to have a friendly talk and a good laugh with the staff of the hotel.
