I spent in Torre Praia two weeks with my marvelous girlfriend in all inclusive option in late September. Big doubt before choosing Porto Santo - weather in September - no worries. During this weeks were 3 days with very small rain and it was rather delightful during sunbathing than frustrating. What is more it lasted like 5 minutes and has gone.
