When we arrived the wrong room had been prepared. The reception clerk did not hesitate to move us to a larger room to spare us from having to wait while so late at night. I was impressed with the way they handled this error. It says a lot about their customer service. Read more

It's a highly recommended family hotel. We have been twice and hopefully again this year. The chidren daycare is very well organized and certainly a safe envoirement. The variety of food and drinks are outstanding and the dining area a pleasure to sit in. Read more
