The hotel is located directly on the sea. It was a very large area with many rooms and apartments. The hotel was built on the hill, so you have to quite a lot of steps to climb, but not so was the problem. We were traveling with friends and had a apartments with two separate bedrooms with direct sea view. We were staying on a self catering basis - I would definitely recommend! There are so many good restaurants.

The very well-kept resort Belvedere is divided into different buildings. The only downside is that you a very many stairs! (Especially if you get a room at the top). But they do have escalators, that were not in use. We had booked an ocean view room that was very clean. The pool and beach were very clean. We had booked bed/breakfast. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. Constantly updated, if something was missing. Especially Austrian and German guests from young to old visited the resor... Read more

I can Pineta only recommend this place, it is a nice little hotel, with beautiful location ( the only shortcoming harborside room a bit noisy, but not a problem with the balcony door closed). Breakfast in the hotel nice buffet, dinner at the Belvedere very good every day, different fish or mussels, buffet at its finest. Staff is very friendly and the village vrsar is in summer not as crowded as the neighboring towns Rovinj and Porec. Also for our small ( 7 months) was a pack-n-play addressed... Read more

complex with hotel rooms and apartments distributed on several, two to three-story houses. Our room was clean and the furnishing new. Good suitable for the quieter vacation, Young people and party people are lack of space.
We had a spacious room with double bed, couch and desk as well as bath ( bath tub ) in the first row and great view on the sea as well as the sunset. Place in the closets was sufficiently available, it was cleaned daily, we had no complaints.
