Great hotel but the wellness area is a joke
Hotel Schloss Gamehl in Wismar, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
We were there for a extended on Easter weekend. The Easter brunch was really great and in the evening you can eat in the restaurant was very good. The rooms are very spacious and fully sill, maybe a little too puristic equipped. We were lucky with the weather and could sit outside on the terrace overlooking a small lake, where they serve coffee. Breakfast can be in a winter garden/ Verandra with adjoining Library. BEST WESTERN Grand City Hotel Wismar in Wismar, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
the hotel lies in the industrial area, about eight kilometer of Wismar and was rather suitable for guests with car recommended. With the bus one was from the port to a shopping mall in the commercial about 45 minutes on the way, then it was fine to walk through the deserted streets. it was a very beautiful and relaxing short break, to be recommended anytime. Of this hotel is the perfect choice, for Mecklenburg-West Pomerania a great diversity of food and culture. The restaurants and bars near the hotel and in the dining areas was excellent. Read more

BEST WESTERN Grand City Hotel Wismar in Wismar, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
The hotel is distinguished by a very friendly and competent front desk. The rooms are in good condition, clean and functional equipped. The breakfast was good and varied. Bathrobes and sauna bathing were plentiful and free of charge. The wellness area is not large or spectacular, but in general a good impression.
