Service in reception was friendly, helpful and very good. The rooms were newly redecorated (?), clean, the white walls and wooden floors were very tasteful. This is definately a hotel we would like to revisit. Read more

Much better than other hotels where i have stayed in Zug, although there is no much choice for hotel in Zug. this one has been newly refurbished in the room where we stayed. it was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly at all time. Read more

For business trips to Zug and the area, the hotel is located very close to the railway station and also to the main street. The area has some very good restaurants and shops. it is relatively expensive compared to the main hotel chains. Read more

Very new, very clean, close to the center where there are a number of restaurants and a very nice view of the lake.
The car parking is a little bit remote, but walking there is very nice
I believe the Hotel is good value for monrey, I hope to be back.

Pleasant and good stay in a traditional local hotel. The rooms are clean, service is good and the breakfst is fine. I have not tried the Restaurant but I am told it is very good. Remember to ask the staff about the internet cable if you do not have one and Swiss Electronic Plug adaptor if the room has not your standard electronic socket. Read more
