We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and did day trips on the train and boat and just in Zurich. The public transportation
right outside the hotel was very easy to get around. The shops and restaurants at the mall were good and accessible.
The hotel staff was very friendly and acknowledgeable. The rooms were quiet and in good condition. Saw the spa and it

The hotel lies directly at a main street and a stop the tram! It was in our room but not noisy! Good Isolieruung! We were on the 4 floor! As locked good value we had breakfast! Guests were multicolored mixed! Young to old, from different countries! ☺
Our room was a bit small, but for sleeping it was! The bathroom was also small, but in top condition! Very low noise level, despite location at direct street ☺ GREAT!

The hotel Crowne Plaza Zurich is a large hotel with over 350 rooms. In spite of the large number are the staff/ inside, all very accommodating and competent are, a personal atmosphere to create, which one otherwise in such big houses't often see.
It is everywhere very clean and you feel immediately in the house. I am speaking here as a rather critical hotel guest, as I come from the industry and lots of things in a hotel intensive see what other, gastronomiefremde guests. The guest structure ... Read more

The hotel made from the outside a serious, but a bit frumpy impression. Very pleasant was, that during the stay free express Wi-Fi has.
The somewhat small rooms were very new and are tastefully furnished. We didn't hear any during the day still at night noise from the street, however went our room also on the inner courtyard out. The TV we found a bit too small.
