Viel bezahlt für wenig Komfort.
Mein Freund und ich hatten uns bei unserer Ankunft in Borbalan auf ein schönes, sauberes und modernes Hotel eingestellt, aber was uns bei der Ankunft im Hotel Laurisilva erwartet hat, war alles andere, als das was wir uns erhofft hatten:
- muffige Luft im Appartement (als ob man schon monatelang nicht mehr gelüftet hätte).
- verostete und vergammelte Kaffeemaschine (insgesamt fehlte es an Küchengeräten , z. B. Toaster,...)
- Schimmel im Bad.
- Rostflecken auf den "frischen" Handtüchern.
- als es geregnet hat, lief das Wasser vom Balkon ins Zimmer hinein, da die Fenster nicht dicht sind!
Resume: Das einzig gute im Hotel Laurisilva war die zentrale Lage und der Blick auf die imposanten Berge rundherumg. Ansonsten können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, das es unsere Ansprüchen nicht gerecht wurde.
