Hardware well, software bad

2.0Nice hotel and wonderful garden. Bad service, three times room was not made up to 7 p. m. Not enough towels and canvas chairs.
Location
2.0Wonderful area of andalusia, but the hotel is far awy from next city. A car is absolutely necessary.
Service
1.0Room not made for three times, most service people only understood spanish. Five pools were promised, but only three have been accessible.

4.0The breakfast restaurant was well, all the rest may got to... (No barbecue restaurant at the pool as promised, long time to wait for service at pool restaurant)
