The hotel's general condition was ok. As indicated by Alexandra, the leisure activities at Berghotel & Residence Tirol were quite good. The check-in process was a relatively smooth. Alexandra reported that the diversity of food and beverage could have been improved. The pool at Berghotel & Residence Tirol is pretty nice. In Alexandra's opinion, the rooms at Berghotel & Residence Tirol are not dirty but not spotless either.
