Anja found the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. In the opinion of the reviewer, the leisure activity options at Best Western Hotel Arosa were awesome. As mentioned by Anja, the staff is competent and has the ability to communicate in foreign languages. Anja found the cleanliness of the restaurant to be of the highest quality.
