The hotel's general condition was fantastic. In Andrea's opinion the choice of restaurants and bars near Best Western Hotel Arosa were excellent. As said by Andrea, the staff is basically competent and has some ability to communicate in foreign languages. In Andrea's opinion the food is on the right side of average. The amenities and the furnishings in the room were above average.
