Elke found the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Around Falkensteiner Hotel Cristallo, there is some mediocre shopping. The check-in process at Falkensteiner Hotel Cristallo was quick and efficient. When Elke visited in 10/2006, the atmosphere and the furnishings in the dining and bar areas were exceptional.
