Gran Hotel Bali in Benidorm left something to be desired in the cleanliness department. Near the hotel there are excellent shopping options. Frank found that the staff was able to handle complaints relatively well. In Frank's opinion, the standard of cleanliness of the restaurant was okay. Frank complained that the leisure time facilities were more than deficient. Frank reported that the bathroom was pretty good.
