Hotel review for Gran Hotel Santiago

Die Restaurantleistungen sowohl bei unserem Abendessen als auch beim Frühstück waren katastrophal. Der Nachtisch wurde in Plastikbechern gereicht, die Kellnerinnen konnten nicht lächeln geschweige denn irgendeine Fremdsprache sprechen. Beim Frühstücksbuffet musste man um jeden Nachschub kämpfen. Die Auswahl war keineswegs eines 4-Sterne-Hotels würdig.
