The overall condition of the hotel was okay. Thomas found the hotel´s surrounding rather bad for shopping. According to Thomas, the general competence and the foreign language competence of the personnel were fine. Thomas reported that both the quality and taste of the food are okay. Extremely disappointing were the leisure activities on offer (or lack thereof). The room's amenities and furnishings were adequate.
