Old hotel with elderly guests

2.5The hotel has really gotten old and it needs a renovation-sanitation soon. The facility is very kids's friendly, but be careful, there are many corners and edges where the kids can get hurt! For example, at the pool there is a big concrete paving slab.
Location
4.0The beach is 600m away and it is very comfortable. One can get there through the side streets too without a problem, with strollers. It is not recommendable to use the main street because the way is not very bright and it is very dark at night.

The personnel is very friendly and they speak better German than English. There is a big deficiency with the room's cleanliness because the bedlinen was never changed as was mentioned in the catalogue; besides, there were a lot of ants and the hygiene was not very good. The garbage cans were very empty.
The pool area was in a catastrophical condition. I wonder when its last year will be. The pool's drain needs to be deeply cleaned.
Gastronomy
3.0The food was acceptable, the buffet's variety is good for a week only. The tables and chairs in the restaurant need a renovation. The table wagged and the chairs are getting old. The drinks are very concentrated and with a lot of water.
Sport & Entertainment
2.5First I want to criticize the night's animation: The program was from 21:30 to 23:30 at the outdoor pool with a loud noise. There are many small kids in the facility (most of the appartments face the pool) and they would find difficult to sleep this night (even though the windows were closed). The animation offered during the day was very pleasant.

The first imptession we had of the appartment was not very good, we thought it was more like a hostel.
The washroom deserved one star at the most. The mountings were very archaic and there was mildew!! The beds are only 1,90m long.
Tips and recommendations
It does not deserve the 4 stars!!! It is a shame that Alltours works with this hotel recommending it as a Alltours-exclusive facility!
