Super hotel, happily again!

4.5The hotel has everything what one needs for a super vacation. Good location, nice service, delicious breakfast, clean rooms. A big suprpise was that we expected less for a 3 star hotel because we had already had bad experiences in the Ballermann; for example, with the Hotel Oleander.
Location
6.0Right above the ham street. That is, not even 5 minutes away from the "Bierking". The beach is 2 minutes away. Despite of the location, it was not loud. Our room was in the direction of ham street and we did never hear anything at all. We were there with 4 girls and the location was very practical for us. One is always close to the hotel. The transfer time to the airport is not 10 minutes, we paid $14 Euros for a Taxi.

5.0The service was always excellent. Always friendly and helpful. Rooms were always very clean and new towels were daily provided.
Gastronomy
5.0We booked breakfast and it was enough. The Capuccino was delicious. Everything perfect. Tables were always clean and the service was always friendly, even without tip.

4.0Rooms were always clean and the balcony had a good size. Rooms did not have the newest furniture, but it was good and nice. Unfortunately there was no air-conditioner, one could do it without it. The TV offeres many channels in German: RTL, Pro7, etc. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room.
Tips and recommendations
Those looking for party, this is the place to go! Centrally located at the Ballermann. One could say that this hotel has a bettern location than all the other 3 stars hotels. Set the airport's taxi price before hand. Use the green phone facilities, it is cheaper than in the hotel.
