The hotel was found in good condition. According to Tanja the leisure activity options at Hotel Barcelo Costa Ballena were not good. The overall competence and the foreign language competence of the personnel were extremely bad. In Tanja's opinion, the atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and restaurant areas were pleasant. According to Tanja, the quality of the beach was not very good. The amenities and the furnishings in the room were above average.
