Hotel review for Hotel Barcelo Costa Ballena Golf & Spa

Das Hotel ist neu und in einem guten Zustand. Zimmer groß und sauber. Lage mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und das Meer. Das Frühstückbuffet geht in Ordnung, jedoch das Abendessen lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Fisch und sonstige Speisen wurden am nächsten Tag offensichtlich weiterverwendet (Fisch vom Vortag gabs in Soße, war zäh), Ananas angefault. Es fehlte an Vielfalt und Frische. Große organisatorische Probleme. Wir mussten morgens einmal 30 Min auf den Kaffee warten, das Abräumen fiel ganz aus. Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Hotel, jedoch muss unbedingt am Essen und auch beim Personal was getan werden, sonst sind die 4 Sterne wirklich nicht gerechtfertigt.
