Hotel review for Hotel Barcelo Costa Ballena Golf & Spa

Golf Gruppenreise mit 10 Personen. Sehr schlechter Service. mussten Koffer und Gepäck selbst in die Zimmer schaffen. Speisenauswahl am Buffett gering, Qualität mangelhaft. Speisen überwiegen kalt. Lachs und Schinken beim Frühstücksbuffett schlecht (schon schillernd angelaufen). Bedienungspersonal unfreundlich und faul.
So bewerten wir das 4 Sterne Hotel: 2 Sterne für Zimmer, 1 Stern für Essen und 1 Stern für Service. Nicht empfehlenswert.
