The hotel was excellently clean. Around Hotel Barcelo Santiago, there are some good places to shop. Ilona found that the quality of the service was satisfactory. In Ilona's opinion, the atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and restaurant areas were okay. Ilona found the pool to be of the highest quality. Ilona reported that the rooms were reasonably sized.
