In general, the hotel was kept very clean. As indicated by Giovanni & Nadine, the leisure activities at Hotel Barcelo Santiago were quite good. The quality of the service was fabulous. Giovanni & Nadine found the quality and taste of the food as excellent. Giovanni & Nadine found the pool to be of the highest quality. Giovanni & Nadine said that the bathroom was pretty good.
